German-born Katrin Schikora shares her story, 'It wasn't easy getting started in Mexico, but yesterday's limitations have become today's inspiration. I collaborate with my husband, who helps me resolve certain technique issues. I am a co-founder and actual president of an association with a mission to improve the educational and living possibilities of the Cholul community, who are marginalized.'
